Pure Blueberry Bliss! This Blueberry Ice Cream Float is absolutely delicious, it’s super creamy and loaded with fresh sweet Blueberry and my favorite Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. This is how Summer should be, all fresh and sweet fruits and LOTS of ice cream.
There are a lot of reason why I love Summer. Warm weather, outdoor activities, lazy relax day in the patio, fresh fruits, more smoothie, popsicle, ice cream and the White Spot Blueberry Milk Shake. We go crazy over their Blueberry Milk Shake. At that time when we ordered it, we were kind of surprised how huge the serving portion was. One order is basically 2 tall glass, filled up to the top! We were surprised, but we’re not complaining at all, we welcome the huge tall glass of Blueberry Milk Shake, although we were thankful we were sane enough to only order 1. Every Summer, we look forward to going just to have this Blueberry Milk Shake, but this year I was less excited. Not because I don’t love it anymore, but because I can now make my own Blueberry Milk Shake made even better by adding full huge scoop of Vanilla ice cream on top, like a float because somethings are better with more ice cream in it, right? Say you agree 🙂

3 Ingredients Blueberry Ice Cream Float
This Blueberry Ice Cream Float contains only 3 ingredients. Blueberry is obviously one, milk and the dangerously delicious vanilla ice cream. It’s the creamiest most delicious thing ever! Well, I guess that’s a given because of the ice cream, but still I’m excited. Now I don’t have to wait for Summer to go to White Spot to have Blueberry Milk Shake, I can make it anytime I want to which is probably dangerous, but hey it’s Summer. I welcome dangerous delicious food during Summer. But if you are looking for a less calorie Blueberry drink, check out my Blueberry Banana Smoothie, you’ll get satisfied with lesser calorie to worry (in case you care).

What ice cream flavor works best for Blueberry Ice Cream Float?
I personally think that Vanilla ice cream is the BEST choice of flavor for this ice cream float because it has a neutral taste that work well with Blueberry. But in the end, it is still up to you. I was trying to think of a neutral flavor that will work for this but nothing comes to mind. Chocolate will not work, Strawberry seems a conflict with Blueberry so I leave that choice up to you and please let me know I will be interested to know about it.
