Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size about 100g ripe Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Flavorless Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon table Salt
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract – optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spray a mini bread pan with oil or grease with melted butter.
  2. Alternatively, You can bake this is a regular muffin size tin. Use a muffin liner if doing so.
  3. Mix wet & dry ingredients in separate bowl them combine them together and mix until the dry ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Divide portion in 4 and pour in the prepared pan.
  5. Top with more chocolate chips.
  6. Bake at 400F for 5 minutes then at 350F for 15 – 18 minutes. Toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean of batter.
  7. Cool Let cool before serving! ENJOY!
