Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size about 100g ripe Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Flavorless Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/3 teaspoon table Salt
  • 1 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract – optional
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese – room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon granulated Sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Mix the wet and dry ingredients in separate bowl them combine them together and mix until the dry ingredients are incorporated. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sugar for 1-2 minutes or until thick and smooth.
  4. Divide portion in 6 and pour in the muffin pan lined with muffin liner.
  5. Top with cream cheese mixture. Use a pointed object to swirl the cream cheese top.
  6. Bake at 400F for 5 minutes then at 350F for 15 – 18 minutes. Toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean of batter.
