Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size about 100g ripe Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoon Flavorless Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/3 teaspoon table Salt
  • 1 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract – optional
  • 1/3 cup White Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Mix mashed banana, egg, oil, milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and match powder into the mixed wet ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
  4. Divide into 6 portios and pour in the muffin pan lined with muffin liner.
  5. Top with the remaining white chocolate chips.
  6. Bake at 400F for 5 minutes then at 350F for 13 – 15 minutes. Toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean of batter.
