  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 30 grams Nut Butter
  • 27 pieces Easter Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

Method

  1. Chop the chocolate and add coconut oil or butter. Microwave until melted.
  2. Toss th pretzel and make sure they are fully coated
  3. Lay one layer of pretzel in a parchment lined tray
  4. Put a small amount of nut butter in the center. Cover with another piece of pretzel.
  5. Top with choice of easter egg
  6. Set aside until the chocolate hardens

Notes

  1. Fo the pretzel, do not use t he sticks as you need surface area that can hold the nut butter filling. I used a heart shaped pretzel, there are also a square pretzels.
  2. If pretzel sticks is all you have, skip the nut butter filling. Arrange the sticks side by side to your preferred size. Do 2 layers. Drizzle chocolate and top with easter egg
  3. You can use chocolate chips, but I highly recommend a good quality plain chocolate  bar. Something that you enjoy eating on its own.
