[VIDEO] YouTube Shorts: 5 Mighty Egg for Breakfast Ideas – Part 5

Thinking of what meals to prepare everyday is difficult especially if you are cooking for a family. Although I live by myself now, trust me when I say I know how it feels. Even a simple breakfast could be a nightmare if you do it everyday.

Let’s Eat! Turkey, Egg & Cheese Bake Croissant

Please make this! This taste really good and worth making, promise! Almost like making a French toast croissant. Simply sliced the croissant and pour custard mixture on them. Add some turkey slices and cheese in between then bake. You can use any cold cuts that you like. To complete the meal, serve with salt and fresh fruits on the side.

I had been consistently doing YouTube shorts for what meals that I eat in a day. Most of them are very easy meals that doesn’t even require a written recipe for you to be able to make it. If you watch the short video, you will have an idea how to make it, no recipe needed. They are very flexible and you can adjust and tweak it to your liking.

Let’s Eat! Simple Arugula and Egg Salad

I am a change person now loving arugula. Arugula is one salad greens that I do not normally buy, until I tried it. It is a perfect greens if you want something fresh with slight peppery taste. For this one, I simply toss it with dressing, grated some parmesan cheese on top and served with hard boiled egg. Simple salad with making.

I don’t normally create recipe post for them so they just sit in my YouTube channel. As I look at them, I thought why not share it with you. The videos are maximum 60 seconds only so this will not take a lot of your time, but in that short time, it will give you an idea on your meal preparation.

Let’s Eat! Low carb Egg “Sandwich”

Ok, not probably a traditional sandwich, as sandwich needs to be 2 pieces of bread but now a days, there’s so many ways to make a sandwich and not only by using bread. With people being creative on how to eat low carb food, what you get is sometimes what you do not expect, like this one. For this one, we have slices of turkey, cheese and sun-dried tomato sandwich between slices of hard boiled egg. I have to admit I had fun making and eating this. I would categorize this under appetizer or a snack. Give it a try!

The videos are mostly single serving dish but you can easily scale it up. Use the video as a guide and do as many as you wish. A lot of these meals require cooking more than baking so it is more forgiving. You can easily change it up to your liking.

Let’s Eat! Breakfast is a hurry 🙂 Beans and Egg

There is no shame in using canned beans, but if you have time to make bake beans from scratch then go ahead and do so. This one uses canned beans, I added seasonings and spices because I always find canned beans to be bland. Cook it in a skillet, then crack egg and cover. The only regret I had for this one is that I wished I added 2 eggs, maybe next time.

I will not be detailing the instructions for this meals. They are really very easy. Simply watch the video and the video will show you how to make it. If there are any special instructions, I’ll mention it but otherwise this is not going to be like my usual recipe post complete with ingredients list and instructions.

Grated Hard Boiled Egg Toast

Have you ever tried grating hard boiled egg for use in toast? A nice twist for serving hard boiled egg. This one I used a sourdough bread (my favourite for making toast) topped with fresh greens, sliced hard boiled egg and grated hard boiled egg. I had it garnished with everything bagel seasoning and served with fruits on the side.

I am hoping that these short videos will be useful to you as it was to me 🙂 Let me know which ones you would like to try.

If you have any questions for any of them, ask away and I will try my best to get back to you as soon as I can.
