[VIDEO] YouTube Shorts: 5 Mighty Egg for Breakfast Ideas – Part 6

Thinking of what meals to prepare everyday is difficult especially if you are cooking for a family. Although I live by myself now, trust me when I say I know how it feels. Even a simple breakfast could be a nightmare if you do it everyday.

Let’s Eat! Cheesy Mushroom & Egg Croissant

That crunch when you slice the croissant is music to the ear. Crunchy toasted croissant stuffed with mushroom and egg. It is simple, but you will want more of this, that I guarantee you.

I had been consistently doing YouTube shorts for what meals that I eat in a day. Most of them are very easy meals that doesn’t even require a written recipe for you to be able to make it. If you watch the short video, you will have an idea how to make it, no recipe needed. They are very flexible and you can adjust and tweak it to your liking.

Let’s Eat!! Cottage Cheese Scrambled Egg

This high protein breakfast is a winner. Got a cottage cheese on hand? Make this cottage cheese scrambled egg. The key here is adding the cottage cheese wile the egg is not fully set. This leaves you a nice soft and creamy scrambled egg.

I don’t normally create recipe post for them so they just sit in my YouTube channel. As I look at them, I thought why not share it with you. The videos are maximum 60 seconds only so this will not take a lot of your time, but in that short time, it will give you an idea on your meal preparation.

Let’s Eat! Air-fryer Bagel & Egg

Air-fryer changed my life, breakfast time to be specific. This air-fryer bagel is topped with cheese and an egg. The trick here is to add cheese at the bottom before putting the bagel. This will act as a shield to keep the egg intact. I also like to make the hole bigger so that it can hold the egg on top. Air-fry for 5 – 10 minutes at 350F or until the cheese is melted and the egg is cook to your liking.

The videos are mostly single serving dish but you can easily scale it up. Use the video as a guide and do as many as you wish. A lot of these meals require cooking more than baking so it is more forgiving. You can easily change it up to your liking.

Let’s Eat! Avocado and Egg Cheese Toast

Avocado on toast, the millennials favourite breakfast 🙂 A simple toasted sourdough topped with sliced avocado, scrambled egg and cheese.

I will not be detailing the instructions for this meals. They are really very easy. Simply watch the video and the video will show you how to make it. If there are any special instructions, I’ll mention it but otherwise this is not going to be like my usual recipe post complete with ingredients list and instructions.

Chilli Egg Avocado Toast

Did we not just had avocado on toast? Well, you cannot go wrong with it even if you have it everyday. The difference with this one is that this is top with chilli fried egg. I used chilli oil for frying the egg, mashed avocado on toast and top it with the egg. Served with slice cucumber, tomato and orange.
