Mighty Avocado Recipe Inspirations

I had compiled few of my favorite Avocado Recipes and that is what I want to share with you this week. Avocado is high in good fats and a great way to add healthy fats in our diet. You can use it for sweet or savory dish, the choice is yours.

Crunchy Baked Avocado Fries

Here’s a simple, fresh and light salsa for weeknight or weekend dinner. This Avocado Shrimp Salsa is so simple you can easily make it in 15 minutes, that fast and it taste REALLY good. It’s loaded with veggies and a nice creamy avocado that paired perfectly with the spicy shrimp.

If you are looking for an easy and filling salad to make, you just found it. This Avocado Chicken Salad is simple, filling and full of different kind of vegetables, and it taste really good for a chicken salad.

Not all green are created equal. I run away from some green stuff, but there are some green foods that are visually appealing and delicious. This sandwich falls in the later, it taste as good as it looks and surprisingly delicious. I have to admit I was kind of hesitant to try this sandwich, my first thought was were will the taste come from? Will it not be bland? Will it not be dry? I guess the only way to find out is if I actually try it, and so I did. I was pretty surprised that I actually liked it, in fact this is one sandwich I intend to make again and again for meat free Monday.
