In today’s post, I am sharing with you Fluers De Villes, I floral show display that went to this weekend, it was stunning, creative and breathtaking. I cannot take my eyes off the display and cannot helped but admire and be awed with the artistic and creative talent of the people behind these stunning mannequin floral display.

Last year, they had this display around Downtown Vancouver which is a free for all to see activity. This year, they had this at Van Dusen Garden. At first I thought would had been nice to have this open to the public to see, like last year. After seeing this event, I couldn’t agree more that these floral display is best displayed in an open garden. The greenery, the tall trees, blue skies adds up to the stunning look for the mannequins, they have a really beautiful backdrop to shoot. It’s worth the price of paying 30CAD to see this display, plus I get to stroll around the garden and see the garden during this time of the year. The flowers in the rose garden are in bloom, I made a separate video for that one too.

Van Dusen Garden – one of the most visited garden in Vancouver, BC

Van Dusen is my favorite garden to visit during Summer. This park is a favorite venue for Halloween 🎃 lights display and holiday of lights. It’s quite big, with a variety of flora and fauna, plenty of benches and shade areas to rest and a cafe to get refreshment and meals. They also have small souvenir shop for those who like to buy trinkets and memorabilia.

I’ve been in this place quite a lot of time and I just keep on going back almost every year. I’ll never get tired of it. This is such a happy place for me.

Let me say this, every single one of these 16 Floral decorated mannequins are beautiful in its own way. I cannot imagine how much effort and hours the florist put into each one of these. They all deserve attention, but I guess only 1 will have the chance to be crowed as the BEST along the best. Let me know which one is your favorite, I’ll let you know which one is mine.

So what do you think? Stunning, right? It was a wonderful day, and even better starting my day with visit to this show. The sun was out but the weather was cool which still requires light jacket. I would say, perfect day for a stroll in the garden, I couldn’t asked for a better day.
