[VIDEO] YouTube Shorts: 5 Mighty Egg for Breakfast Ideas – Part 4

Thinking of what meals to prepare everyday is difficult especially if you are cooking for a family. Although I live by myself now, trust me when I say I know how it feels. Even a simple breakfast could be a nightmare if you do it everyday.

Simple Air-Fryer Hash Brown with Hard Boiled Egg

I like hash brown, and recently I discovered a better way to enjoy it. Eating it on its own is great, but to make it more filling I use it as replacement for toast, just like this breakfast plate. 2 hash browns top with sliced hard boiled egg and served with simple salad and fresh fruits. Simple, easy breakfast.

I had been consistently doing YouTube shorts for what meals that I eat in a day. Most of them are very easy meals that doesn’t even require a written recipe for you to be able to make it. If you watch the short video, you will have an idea how to make it, no recipe needed. They are very flexible and you can adjust and tweak it to your liking.

Let’s Eat! Spinach and Egg Breakfast Tortillas

Tortilla for breakfast, yes please! You’ve probably seen a lot of this tortilla breakfast hack where you cook a scrambled egg and cover it with tortilla. This one is filled with sautéed spinach and brie cheese. I like to cook the tortilla longer for a crunchy texture. You can easily customize the filling, have fun with it and enjoy!

I don’t normally create recipe post for them so they just sit in my YouTube channel. As I look at them, I thought why not share it with you. The videos are maximum 60 seconds only so this will not take a lot of your time, but in that short time, it will give you an idea on your meal preparation.

Let’s Eat! Sausage & Egg

I don’t usually buy sausage but when I was in Halifax I made an exception. This chicken sausage was better in terms of ingredients so I tried it. I was on vacation and I rented an airbnb where I can cook. I cooked breakfast some days, and this one was one of them. Nothing complicated, traditional North American breakfast I would say. 2 chicken sausage, egg, bread, slice tomato and cucumber. Can’t complain, it was good 🙂

The videos are mostly single serving dish but you can easily scale it up. Use the video as a guide and do as many as you wish. A lot of these meals require cooking more than baking so it is more forgiving. You can easily change it up to your liking.

Breakfast is served! Easy Garlic Pesto Egg

Here comes pesto egg once again! 2 fried eggs with spinach pesto and served with arugula and blueberry salad, a slice tomato sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning and slice kiwi.

I will not be detailing the instructions for this meals. They are really very easy. Simply watch the video and the video will show you how to make it. If there are any special instructions, I’ll mention it but otherwise this is not going to be like my usual recipe post complete with ingredients list and instructions.

Let’s Eat! Soft Scrambled Egg with Mushrooms

You know you cannot go wrong with soft scrambled egg for breakfast. The is a simple scrambled egg with fresh chives, served with sautéed mushroom, sliced apple, cucumber, tomato and kiwi.
