[VIDEO] YouTube Shorts: 5 Mighty Egg for Breakfast Ideas – Part 9

Thinking of what meals to prepare everyday is difficult especially if you are cooking for a family. Although I live by myself now, trust me when I say I know how it feels. Even a simple breakfast could be a nightmare if you do it everyday.

Let’s Eat! Breakfast Tortilla

I had fun making this breakfast 🙂 I used a medium size soft tortilla and added sauce and cheese, almost like making a pizza. I then topped it with fried egg and served with salad and fruits on the side. Imagine what you can top this bake tortilla with, totally makes breakfast interesting.

I had been consistently doing YouTube shorts for what meals that I eat in a day. Most of them are very easy meals that doesn’t even require a written recipe for you to be able to make it. If you watch the short video, you will have an idea how to make it, no recipe needed. They are very flexible and you can adjust and tweak it to your liking.

Let’s Eat! Sweet Potato with Asparagus & Egg

Bake sweet potato, hard boiled egg, steamed asparagus and some tomato. It is simple but filling until you have time to get a full meal. Love this!

I don’t normally create recipe post for them so they just sit in my YouTube channel. As I look at them, I thought why not share it with you. The videos are maximum 60 seconds only so this will not take a lot of your time, but in that short time, it will give you an idea on your meal preparation.

Let’s Eat! Simply Avocado & Egg Toast

How many ways can you make avocado toast? A lot of ways! This version here I topped the avocado toast with hard boiled egg, sprinkled everything bagel seasoning and served it with fresh fruits. So simple and yet so delicious! If you can make this at home, way pay extra to get it outside?

The videos are mostly single serving dish but you can easily scale it up. Use the video as a guide and do as many as you wish. A lot of these meals require cooking more than baking so it is more forgiving. You can easily change it up to your liking.

Let’s Eat! Smashed Baby Potatoes with Avocado & Egg

Let’s smash it! par-boiled baby potato, smashed, topped with parmesan cheese and seasoning and then baked until crispy. It doesn’t end there, let’s top it with fried egg and avocado. I added cherry tomato and homemade pickled beets.

I will not be detailing the instructions for this meals. They are really very easy. Simply watch the video and the video will show you how to make it. If there are any special instructions, I’ll mention it but otherwise this is not going to be like my usual recipe post complete with ingredients list and instructions.

Lets Eat! Garlic & Chilli Egg

SweetnSpicyliving, that is what I named my blog. This was because I love both sweet and spicy stuff so when I have opportunity to add more hot spices in my food, I do not shy away from it. This here sautéed lots of garlic and sprinkled it on top, and a drizzle of chili oil.

I am hoping that these short videos will be useful to you as it was to me 🙂 Let me know which ones you would like to try.

If you have any questions for any of them, ask away and I will try my best to get back to you as soon as I can.
