I would recommend the “crabster roll” at The Canteen.

The most important thing is to make sure to check the schedule of the ferry (if you are taking it). The. last thing you would want is to miss it and get stuck there unplanned.

As for the activity, visiting Dartmouth is a very relax activity as there are really no attractions that you need to book in advance or buy a ticket. It was more just wandering around to explore the place. Just be flexible and explore to your hearts content and depending on your schedule.

My Experience visiting Dartmouth Halifax

What I cook when on vacation

It might sound unconventional, but really love making meals from time to time. Although trying new cuisine and food is really nice, I still miss home cooking. Luckily, the airbnb I stayed at is fully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped with what I need to cook simple easy meals. Since Halifax has quite an abundance of seafood, I cooked mostly Salmon and Cod dishes, with one day of cooking a steak for a change. It was great and I would definitely do this again given the chance.
