Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies

A classic variation of chocolate chip cookie, but I used white chocolate chips for this one. It gave extra sweetness and a nice touch to the red velvet cookie base, pretty good combination. This cookie is thick with smooth and fudgy texture.
