That’s because they are so easy and quick to make, you can easily make it the morning that you want to eat it. A freshly baked bread for breakfast, how that does sound to you? My ultimate Banana Bread recipe. This bread has a extremely moist texture, with a melt in your mouth chocolate flavor. If you are a chocolate lover, then you are in for a double double chocolate treat.
This one is my second favorite banana bread, the Classic Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. This was actually the inspiration of my Double Chocolate Banana Bread that I mentioned above. This still have the chocolatey flavor from the chocolate chips, but not as chocolate overload as Double Chocolate Banana Bread. It is also super moist and soft in texture, with the dense and compact trademark of banana bread.
This one was inspired by Chocolate Chips Banana Bread above. The ingredients are the same, but the process is slightly different. This uses the sponge cake method of whipping the egg whites to give volume to the bread. This has airy, soft and light texture just like a sponge cake.
This bread has a soft and moist texture, with the fruity flavor from strawberry. A great way to use fresh strawberries.
