This one is my second favorite banana bread, the Classic Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. This was actually the inspiration of my Double Chocolate Banana Bread that I mentioned above. It is also super moist and soft in texture, with the dense and compact trademark of banana bread.
This one was inspired by Chocolate Chips Banana Bread above. The ingredients are the same, but the process is slightly different. This uses the sponge cake method of whipping the egg whites to give volume to the bread. This has airy, soft and light texture just like a sponge cake.
This bread has a soft and moist texture, with the fruity flavor from strawberry. A great way to use fresh strawberries.
