Welcome to Harvest Festival at Dollywood Theme Park

Dollywood Theme Park, a Country style theme park where every step reminded me that nothing beets being outdoor with nature.
I don’t have the heart for crazy thrilling heart stopping rides at theme park. I’m not just that type of person who tries every single ride in the park. I honestly wish I am, I can imagine it must be a lot of fun going on those kind of rides if I have the courage to do it. But juts because I do not do rides, that doesn’t mean that I cannot enjoy visiting theme Parks. There is a lot other things to do there aside from the rides. There are shops to visit, restaurants and cafes and beautifully decorated ground with amazing displays of pumpkin carving. I have never seen anything like this before, the pumpkin display were truly amazing, not to mention those pumpkins are HUGE and REAL! 🙂 They were like monster pumpkin, but the cute adorable ones.

What I Like About This Place
I’ll start by saying its not like Disneyland, but it does have a charm of its own. The major selling point for me is country and nature theme of the Park. It was like going on a hike everywhere I looked there’s a reminder that I am really up close with nature. The trees where all around the place, the small shops and restaurant have a nice country feel. This was even more made charming by the Fall Harvest Time decoration. Carved pumpkins were everywhere. The carved pumpkins alone were an attraction to me.
The Rides
Although the place is not as big as Disneyland, the rides in the park were more intense and crazy. I’ve never seen any rides as crazy as these, they were truly insane. Although some people call this amazing and thrilling, I call it crazy. But then again, I’m not a rides person. The main rides that I noted were featured in my videos are The Eagle, Mystery Mine, Fire Station, Thunderhead & The Drop.

It was a short but nice trip, I may not have tried the crazy rides but I truly had fun just walking around and enjoying my double scoop strawberry ice cream.
