Here comes the season that most of us are excited to jump in and start. The season of giving and sharing our baked goodies to our friends and family. So in the spirit of the gift giving, I would like to share with you some edible gift ideas that you can make at home. Edible gifts are great option, not only that they are economical and budget friendly, they are also very personalize. The time and effort making it is already a gift of time that you are sharing to your friends and family. I love making baked goods for gift giving. People love them, and I love making them. So instead of buying something, why not try making something at home for a change. Give it a try, who knows you might end up liking it.

I’m really glad I started giving edible gifts, not only that I really enjoy the process of making them, but most of all my friends love them! If you are making a Shortbread Cookie, I suggest make a big batch and make this one too. The process is exactly the same, but this one was cut using a cookie cutter and sandwich in between chocolate ganache. You can use whatever shape you like to cut the cookie.

This Chocolate Dipped Almond Biscotti has a nice crunchy light texture, I promise you this ill not break your heart and your teeth 🙂 This recipe was inspired by my Cranberry & Pistachio Biscotti. Same old Biscotti base but instead of adding Cranberry and Pistachio, I opted for sliced Almonds and I had it dipped into melted chocolate. I was glad I did it because this turned out amazing.
