With breakfast this easy to make, there is no need to skip breakfast. I usually make this in the morning because it only takes few minutes to make it. I simply cannot resist the melting cheese and crunchy flakey croissant. This saves you a lot if you are tight on budget.

Customize It
You can easily make this vegetarina by removing the turkey slices. Replace it with steamed spinahc or asparagus or sauteed mushroom. If you want to keep it even simple but still deliscious, just use cheese and more cheese. Who doesn’t like more cheese?

Ingredients:
- 1 Large Croissant
- 4 Cheese Slices- Use high mositure cheese like mozarrela
- 3 slices of Turkey (or any colds cuts or vegetarian filling)
- Egg
- Milk
- pinch of dried Parsley
- pinch of Salt & Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Make the savory custard by mixing egg, milk, salt, black pepper and dried parsley.
- Slic the croissant enough to put filling. Brush the inside with the custard mixture.
- Stuff with cheese and turkey slices. You can also substitute with steamed spinach, asparagus or sauteed mushroom.
- Brush the exterior of the croissant until most of the custard has been used up.
- Bat at pre-heated 340F for 20-30 minutes of untuk the cheese is melted and the croissant lightly toasted to your liking.
