Milk drinks are my favorite especially the ones that uses fresh fruits and vegetables. This Carrot and Banana Milk Drink is the new addition to my milk drink collection. This is a 4 ingredients milk drink that uses fresh fruit and vegetable and very minimal sweetener. It is packed with nutrients from carrot and banana, and it’s delicious.

4 Ingredients Carrot Banana Milk Drink

This Milk Drink uses only 4 ingredients, Carrot, Banana,water, sugar and milk and is very easy to make. You can flavor it or leave it plain, the choice is yours

  • Carrot – This is the main ingredient
  • Banana – Use ripe banana for better flavor
  • Sweetener – I used sugar syrup which is basically just water + sugar. I used the 1:2 ratio (like 1 cup sugar: 1/2 cup water) but if you want a less sweeter syrup, you can make it 1:1. Another option which is great is condensed milk. I love the creamy taste that the condensed milk add to the drink.
  • Milk -you can use any type of milk you prefer. I used full fat milk, but other type of non-dairy milk will work too.

Sweeteners: Finding the Perfect Sweetness

Sweetness is entirely personal, but a little enhancement can make the flavors pop. Here are a few options:

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh Banana
  • 165g fresh peeled Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk ( dairy or non-dairy)
  • Sweetener of choice (I used Simple Sugar Syrup)

Serves 2

Instructions:

  1. Peel the Banana and Carrot. Chop into small pieces that fits your blender. Add water and sweetener. Blend until the Banana and Carrot is purred.
  2. You can us this as if, but if you want a smoother drink, pass the mixture in a sieve.
  3. Pour in a glass with ice. Add milk.
    • Alternatively, you can mix the milk with the mixture and stir then pour in a glass with ice.
