Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

I had been fascinated with homemade salad dressing but I never got the chance to make my own yet, until last weekend. I had been introducing a lot of vegetables and salad in my meals and all the time I used store-bought dressing for my salad. I don’t use any fancy dressing anyway, I like light dressing like vinaigrette dressing or Asian dressing but that was not always the case. I used to love creamy based dressing like caesar, ranch, thousand island etc. and I cannot even think of even trying vinaigrette dressing. They’re just not as tasty to me as the cream based dressing but that was all in the past, I love simple vinaigrette dressing now. In fact, I used them a lot more than cream based dressing. Now a days, if I want a cream based dressing, I go for yogurt dressing.  There’s so many variations now, they have ranch, caesar and thousands island dressing just a healthier version of the regular creamy based dressing.
