A new twist in your soup list is this Coconut Curried Butternut Squash. It has a nice creamy coconut flavor and the smooth and nice taste of butternut squash. It’s out from the usual soup which is what I need from time to time.
French Onion Soup
This soup is a real stunner. If you have plenty of onions in your fridge, this is the soup that would make the most of it. It has a nice sweetness from caramelized onions and a crunchy bread toast covered with melting cheese on top.
Creamy Sweet Potato Corn Chowder
One pot wonder Sweet Potato Corn Chowder is one of my new favorite soup. It’s thick and hearty, and I like the texture and color the sweet potato gave to this soup. It’s definitely a must try.

One of the easiest soup to make. This soup is light but satisfying enough to keep you warm. This is definitely my best friend soup during busy days that calls for soup. Quick and easy it is!
Minestrone Soup
This vegetarian soup is so versatile I can make it from almost whatever vegetables I have in my fridge. Throw in your veggies and leave it cooking, in no time you have yourself a hearthy filling Minestrone Soup.

Ah, memories of home. This Chicken Mami (Chicken Noodle Soup) is one of the common soup we have in the Philippines. It’s an Asian soup with noodles, chicken broth and assortment of veggies. It’s another quick soup that you can make and share with your family and friends.

Looking for something more filling that regular soup? This Mexican Chili is one that fits that description. It’s a meal on it’s own and it freezes well too.
