Raspberry Mango Smoothie 3

This refreshing Mango and Raspberry Smoothie is just what need for a hot weather like this. This is a 4 ingredients dairy free smoothie with frozen Raspberry and Mango. The vibrant red and yellow color of this smoothie is enough to make me grab it as soon as I was done making it. Today, I am showing you 3 ways on how you can make this smoothie, 4 ingredients, 3 different ways to serve it. Let’s get started!

For this week Friday Drink & Frozen Treats day, I’m sharing with you a simple Mango & Raspberry Smoothie that will help you beat the heat. It’s thick, naturally fruity because it uses all natural fresh fruits and it is as easy as making any other smoothie.

Frozen Fruits Please

This is important so that you get the icy smooth texture without having to use extra ice because this recipe do not use ice at all. Adding ice and liquid will make the purée fruits less concentrated and we want to make this taste as much fruits as possible. For the liquid, i used plain water, you can also use coconut water for an extra tropical flavor. There’s no right or wrong here, make it to your preference and use the recipe as a guide. After all, it is a smoothie, super easy!

Things To Remember:

  • Use frozen fruits for better texture
  • Adjust sweetener depending on the sweetness of the fruits
  • You can use any sweetener of your choice, adjust the measurement as needed
  • You can adjust the consistency, add more liquid for thinner smoothie

3 Ways to Make It

All these 3 variations uses the same 4 ingredients, the difference lies in just how you mix them and serve them.

Raspberry Mango Smoothie 4

Raspberry & Mango

This variation requires blending the Raspberry and Mango separately. Simply pour half of the water an sweetener in the blender then add the Raspberry and half of the Mango. Blend until smooth then pour in a serving glass. Blend the rest of the ingredients (the mango) and pour on the serving glass. Top with fresh Raspberry.

Mango and Raspberry

This is exactly the same process as the Raspberry and Mango variation. You’ll just the reverse so that you have more Mango portion than Raspberry. Pour the water, mango and sweetener in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour in the serving glass. Now work on the Raspberry portion by blending the Raspberry, water and sweetener. Pour in the serving glass. Top with sliced Mango.
