10 Mango Recipe Videos to Brighten Up You Day

I am kicking off Spring (and Summer although it is months away) with these 10 delicious Mango recipes. From simple drinks to quench your thirst, to pie, cake and more. This is the perfect time to enjoy fresh Mango. Whether you enjoy eating it fresh on its own, or you like to use it to make drinks and desserts, I hope these 10 Recipes will inspire you to make the most of the Mango season. If Mango is in season where you are, make use of the fresh ones. If it is not in season where you are, use frozen. There is really no excuse not to make these Mango recipes, unless of course you do not like Mango, then we cannot be friends 🙂 Kidding!

Freshly baked Mango Scones are one of my many Summer favorite. A creamy and buttery small batch scones with bits and pieces of fresh Mango in every bite. Definitely an unusual scones variation but very much welcome on my table anytime. If only we can have longer Summer so we can have more supply of fresh Mango, I wish, I wish. Since that is impossible, I am just making the most of the Mango season and making as many Mango dessert as possible before they are gone.
