[VIDEO] The BEST Cheese Tart on Town: Pablo Cheese Tart

People are going crazy posting videos and photos about Pablo Cheese Tart and so I had to see and taste it to see if it is just a hype or it’s really worth raving about it.

Ive created a short video when I visited their store, have a look fot yourself.

This is the first branch in Vancouver and it is located at xxx. I was surprised how spacious the store. Despite the spacious store, they only have few sitting area. When I was there, it seems most customers have orders to go more than for dine in.

The bulk of the purchase was quite impressive. Customers are buying them in huge boxes. I got the smallest box of 6 which is already more than what I would normally get.

What’s in the Menu

Mini cheese tarts, 6-inch basque cheese cake and shakes.

Definitely not just a hype

I was surprised how good it taste. The texture was not what I was expecting it to be, but it was definitely better. It was not the usual heavy cream cheese tart, it was almost like a mousse. Soft, light and fluffy.

15 Flavors to Choose From

I ordered 6 and so far all 6 flavors tasted great. There’s a lot more flavors to try and I’m saving them for my future visit.

I could confirm that this place is not that a hype, the product are really worth the visit. If you have a chance, check them out.

Chocolate Tart

This is one of the original flavor. Creamy light base with nice chocolate flavor.

Creme Brule Tart

My favorite among all 6 flavors that I bought. The filling was very light, not too sweet, and the top is a thin layer of caramelized sugar just like a Creme brûlée.

Mango Tart

I cannot skip the Mango being a Mango lover. It was good, same base as the original. I feel like if you try one variation with fruit topping and plain base, then you’ve almost tried both, like the Peach one.

Roasted Almond Marshmallow Chocolate

This one taste love same as the Chocolate flavor. It seems it uses the same base filling, the topping is what differentiates it. Once you tried the Chocolate it’s almost the same as this one. If you want a k try different variation, then instead choosing both of these, just choose 1. Go for this flavor as this has extra toppings that made it special.

Original Cheese Tart

I had to try the original. Although it was plain and simple, it tasted great too. I feel that those that have plain base uses the original base as well. It’s just the toppings that will make it different.

Peach Tart

Peach was on season when I bought this and so I have to get this flavor. The base filling tasted like the original. It was great but nothing special about the taste.

I will definitely go back here again when I have a cheese tart craving. I have to say, this is the BEST cheese tart I’ve ever had in Vancouver.

I only ordered the mini tarts but if you feel like a bigger piece, try their 6-inch cheese cake.
